Do you use spesifik alumunium sheet or you can use any kind of aluminium sheet
What kind of sublimation paper you used?
These are the things we need to bring back to the U.S. I cant figure out why we in the U.S. aren't resources locally.
kapton tape is what you are using I believe.
Nice 🎉 I took 1 pic if u want u can try
This is so cool, thank you for sharing 🧡
Wow
Can you share temperature and timer details please
Magnific - takes a bit of a play around to figure out the settings and prompt, but I've had exceptional success with similar visuals :)
What's the name of the printer you're using?
Where do you get your bling signs? I know you don’t make signs anymore but can you please share? Where do you used to get your blink signs if you still remember if not, it’s OK.
Where do you get your signs that your blank signs?
Great Video, Can you use this sublimation process on any type of metal?
This is so wholesome ❤
Would this method work for aluminum foil coffee bags as logo branding?
Hi could you tell be the brand and model number of your large heat press you made the photo with
1.What is the minimum DPI you would suggest for a metal print? 2. Do you enhance your image using ai or photoshop and does that increase the resolution of that image? Please answer.
300 DPI is what I use and yes I enhance with Ai and sometimes it increases resolution
Love your art
I just love the whole process and the final result.
Thank you for your guidance and information-
Printer machine name and heat press machin cost
It came out looking good
What the minimum pixel dimensions you use when printing? I’m assuming 1080x1920 at 300 DPI wouldn’t be enough
I print in inches but it just depends on the size print they want. 300 is usually good though
hey what Gram paper roll you use?
120gsm
@@rushdecatur Thank you sir for replying
What's some ways you prevent dust in the shop? I'm a painter and always seem to be getting dust on my commissions
I vacuum and wipe things down a lot. Hard to prevent dust though
Where do you get your sublimation metal blanks from, if you don't mind me asking?
Beautysub
Hola, puedes hacer un tutorial de Photoshop, todo el proceso de impresión, gestion de color, etc...
That looks beautiful
Thank you
Wow nice print...I really like the old Chevy Square bodies
Thank you. I like them too
Cool bro I am actually going to order the F570 bundle deal. I just want to say thanks for the tips and videos. You inspired me to start my own printing hustle getting ready to retire in 4 years kinda want to start now so when I am retired I am ready to put more time in👍🏽💯
Awesome glad to hear it. Good luck with everything
I love my 570! I'm still just trying to get my "cook time" down for these prints. 350° x 5min works beautifully EXCEPT on really dark images, I did a 8x12 space photo for 7.5 min rotating half way, to get it to 95% acceptable. The black was looking like I put out on with a sponge. At 8 it started turning brown (overcook) :(
good boy very very very , thanks
good , very nice
I'm thinking about printing my art and selling it on my own art website. How does the quality of these prints compare to an option like Displate? I'm not worried about marketing and drawing customers, I can do that.. I just worry about the quality of the prints. Thank you so much! And thank you for this inspirational video! Much appreciated. :) I was heavily considering a POD option until now.
i have a ton of beautiful images thru AI-
Beautiful soul thank you-
What size heat press do you use and recommend to get the most out of? I’ll be using the F570 maybe the F170 thanks
What do you mean by water marks? What ended up being 5he issue? Glad you sorted it out tho
Bri works with images and doesn't know the difference between a portrait and landscape photo
What was the problem???
Where do you get your frames???
When you own your own business, you trade one set of headaches for another. That’s why a lot of people don’t succeed. But your perseverance is what’s going to keep you thriving and in business. Good job dude.
Thank you
Pano-portrait? Dunno what you call it either. Sharp lookin though
Tall way = portrait. That came out looking dope as hell.
Noice 👌
How do you remove the complete image if it is wrong?
You dont. You reprint a new one
Thank you for all the helpful information
That’s pretty sick.
Thank you
Random question… how much did that cutting board cost? It’s huge! Great videos btw, keep doing what you love
Around $200 maybe? Can’t remember but got it on Amazon
First!
👋
Rush I have had problems with shipping my products. After two arriving damaged and no luck getting a claim approved by USPS I now bend up aluminum into U-channels. I glue these channels around the shipping box perimeter on top of a sheet of 1/4" thick mdf or luan plywood, put the product inside and then another layer of mdf or luan above and supported by the U-channel. Unfortunately it adds weight and cost to ship but then I don't have to remake and ship again $o it's actually cheaper. The Fragile stickers are as good as a target sticker don't waste your time. I have the same printer but a smaller press. You might want to try E-6000 adhesive to hold your rear frame. Just keep the adhesive away from your image. I love watching your process, thanks for your efforts! 173K subscribers WOW. Ken in NH
I’m not sure what I showed in this video but I have a great packing process and have never had a single print get damaged since I started doing it. I posted a video recently on it. Thank you for the information though I do appreciate it. Always room for improvement on my end
