Rush I have had problems with shipping my products. After two arriving damaged and no luck getting a claim approved by USPS I now bend up aluminum into U-channels. I glue these channels around the shipping box perimeter on top of a sheet of 1/4" thick mdf or luan plywood, put the product inside and then another layer of mdf or luan above and supported by the U-channel. Unfortunately it adds weight and cost to ship but then I don't have to remake and ship again $o it's actually cheaper. The Fragile stickers are as good as a target sticker don't waste your time. I have the same printer but a smaller press. You might want to try E-6000 adhesive to hold your rear frame. Just keep the adhesive away from your image.
